CMIT NES Materials Distribution: August 28, 2020

Greeting parents!

As we prepare for the first day of school, Monday, August 31st, please plan accordingly to come to CMIT Elementary on Friday, August 28th for distribution of materials that your scholar will need to navigate through this period of distance learning.

Distribution will take place as a “Drive Through” model.  Simply pull up to the school’s back entrance at your grade level designated time with your child’s name and grade level on a piece of paper taped on your driver’s side window. Open your trunk from the inside of your car and a staff member will place your child’s school consumable books in your trunk. DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR CAR to ensure smooth movement and quick distribution.

Please find the grade level distribution times below:

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Kindergarten – 1st Grade materials distribution

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – 2nd – 3rd Grade materials distribution

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – 4th – 5th Grade materials distribution

For families with multiple grade levels please plan your pick-up time according to the youngest scholar’s grade level schedule.
