ADVANCED MATH PROGRAM FOR GIFTED AND TALENTED
Dear "CMIT Elementary" Parents/Guardians,
We are super excited to announce new advanced math program that will be offered by Chesapeake Lighthouse Foundation(CLF) for 2014-2015. As it is mentioned in the attached flyer, "The program is designed for students who enjoy mathematics and want the added challenge of exciting topics that are normally outside the school curriculum." The program is for students in 4th through 12th grade that are enrolled in one of the CLF schools. Mr.Avsar who was recognized last year by MSDE as a Teacher Leader in Gifted and Talented Education is developing the curriculum and coordinating the program.
